About Diane

I have a degree in dance from CUNY HUNTER. I taught dance for kids in high school, and switched to adults in my 20s. I have now taught at Equinox for over 7 years and have many certifications including; Personal training through NCSF, Yoga 200 hr pure yoga, Pilates mat, pre and postnatal, and a certificate in Nutrition. I’ve worked with multiple online companies, and have worked virtually for years helping people reach their goals.

About the lesson

Hello, my name is Diane. I have over 7 years experience teaching in NYC at Equinox. Come to me if you want to deepen your practice, improve your own body awareness, or want to try group fitness but need to build confidence. My coaching style is filled with years of experience and a dedication to studying fitness, a sense of humor, building connection, and all about making my clients feel better and more excited about fitness.

My rates are actually much more in NYC, but I’m trying to be reasonable for my first students online. I have over 7 years experience, a college degree in dance, and certificates in everything from personal training, pre and postnal, yoga, Pilates and nutrition.
