About Ananya
I'm a Yoga practitioner and it has changed my life- both physically and mentally. When I understood why I'm feeling the way I'm feeling and how exactly Yoga transforms you- I wanted to share my learnings with the world and here I am.
Yoga is a philosophical school of thought, not just a type of exercise. With me, you'll study and practice the essence of Yoga without any fluff.
