About Talin
I am a high school Educator with a degree in the Biological Sciences, and 2 masters degrees in Teaching and Public Health. Although I teach students grades 9-12 I have extensive tutoring experience with students in all grade levels k-12 and university, and in a variety of subject areas. My goal with each tutoring lesson is to ensure that students interact with and learn material in a manner that is not only meaningful to them but also relevant in order to ensure that they retain the information.

I am a public high school life science educator. I have been teaching for the last 11 years and tutoring for over 15 years. I have taught well over 2,000 students in my classroom and tutored hundreds of students over the years. My subject area expertise includes the life sciences (Biology, AP biology, Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics, and more), the physical sciences (chemistry), mathematics (elementary math, pre algebra, algebra, and trigonometry), English, History, and test prep (PSAT, SAT, SAT 2, and AP Biology).
