I took a private 1:1 class with Lynda. She was recommended to me by another friend of mine - who is a regular at her yoga classes! She was really informative, and a considerate instructor. She took the time to observe where I was at in my practice and accommodated her lesson to optimize my experience! She was extremely hands on and I appreciated the commitment she had to my experience!
