About Kate
Believing in lifelong learning, I love to create a creative learning coaching environment for my client. My coaching sessions are positive psychology-centered as experience has taught me that clients thrive when they have opportunities to take responsibility for their growth. Through combining my teaching and career experience, I have developed my own coaching methodology, “Tu Importas”, which I utilize where applicable. I am constantly striving to improve my own learning, coaching, and teaching. As most of my global clients are English second language users, I have completed the 168-hour TEFL training as well as 30-hour online classroom certification. I have a master’s degree in leadership with a focus on servant leadership and I am also a certified Neuro Semantics Meta-NLP Personal Coach that assists me in fully understanding, supporting, and motivating my clients.
