About NTOMBIKAYISE
Thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself to you. I am Ntombikayise Sithole. We are nine members in my family including me.
I am native to Paulpietersburg in South Africa Currently, I am pursuing the Diploma in Grade R teaching at SANTS Private Higher Education Institution, and my graduation will be complete on 2025 Jun. I am a self-motivated, and disciplined soul. I am always keen to up-skill myself by learning new things whenever I get a chance.
I currently work at Sakhikusasa Day Care Centre (Preschool) where I learnt teaching and gained knowledge from 2017 until now. My strengths are my analytical approach, my human touch to the situations, my appreciable communication, and presentation skills. I believe in being realistic.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, sometimes cooking, listening to music, reading, traveling, and play outdoor sports.

My teaching strategies are Communicative language teaching, Task-based language teaching, Direct method and Total physical response. The language in which I'm proficient and able to teach with is English. My teaching philosophy is that I listen to students concerns, my students receive individual feedback, and review their progress. My lessons are aimed at all the learning levels of children from 4 years up to teenagers (18 years). My focus is on helping each child unlock their full potential through dedicated training in reading, writing, etc.
