About Emily
My name is Emily Naroditsky. I'm a sophomore college student, pursuing an education in Computer Game Design and English. I've always been passionate about education, especially English and writing. Learning is something that should be fun and engaging, rather than a chore, and I aim to deliver that to my students. I want all students to feel welcome and respected when they come to my lessons, and I promise to be patient, accepting, and never make anyone feel like they're being talked down to.

I can offer lessons in Math K-6, English/Reading/Writing classes on all levels, and SAT prep for the Reading/Grammar section. I have a very flexible teaching style. Each student is unique and needs an individual approach, which I try to tailor to them. My lessons plans generally consist of review (going over what the student learned in class or during our last session), reaffirming (making sure those lessons are understood by the student), and then teaching new content, that builds upon that foundation.
I have over a year of experience working in child care, as well as experience with students with learning disabilities such as ADHD. I promise to never make a student feel talked down to or unwelcome, whatever their needs are.
