I adopt a holistic approach to teaching yoga. I want to ensure that all of my yogis can improve their postures effortlessly, learn breathing techniques, and understand the health benefits of each pose and how to use those in their daily life. I offer Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga for kids, pre-and post-natal yoga, weight-loss Yoga, and yoga therapy.

Excellent professeur de yoga
Amber a beaucoup changé mes perspectives dans l’appréhension du yoga dès ma première classe. Je n’étais pas du tout flexible mais grâce à elle, j’ai pu l’améliorer et aussi résoudre mes problèmes d’insomnie. Elle explique clairement dans les petits détails et m’a guidée pour arriver à mon but.
Je recommande cette prof, elle est vraiment sympa ! ️J'apprends avec elle depuis que je suis enceinte. Je continue avec elle après mon accouchement. Elle est sympa et douce et explique les positions en détail. Elle corrige mes positions. Je peux maintenant faire quelques positions seule a la maison.
Vous pouvez lui faire confiance.I attended most classes and I must say Amber is very empathetic and knowledgeable Yoga teacher. I gained flexibility and strength over several classes. Highly recommended.

I can teach the following:
1. Hatha yoga - A slow-paced and gentle yoga, focuses on controlled breathing and holding a pose. Good for beginners.
2. Ashtanga yoga - A faster-paced yoga that is more physically demanding and requires strength and endurance. Good for experienced yogis.
3. Weight loss yoga - Comprises Yoga poses and bodyweight movements that stimulate different several muscle groups (especially core muscles). Good for all levels.
4. Yoga therapy - Healing sequence that helps relieve body ache and addresses specific goals (i.e. insomnia, office syndrome, etc.). Good for all levels
