About Avyay
I completed the IB Diploma Program in May 2021 and graduated with 43/45 with 7/7 in Higher Level Mathematics Analysis and Approaches, Physics, and Chemistry. I am currently studying Design Engineering at Imperial College London, and I have a grade A in all six modules so far.
Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry weren’t always easy going for me, but along the way I picked up many skills and tips to conceptually understand the content, which was essential to my success. I hope to pass them on to current students to help them excel and pursue their dream subject at their dream university.

Hey there! If you are looking for a friendly, flexible, and fair-priced tutor, you’ve come to the right place!
I hope to give students the specific problem-solving techniques and ubiquitous studying methods that I used to excel and achieve a 7/7 in IB Higher Level Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. In 1-2 hour lessons per week, I will provide a thorough conceptual understanding of topics and help students apply their learnings to realistic scenarios.
Being a student myself, I understand that every learner learns in their own unique way. That’s why I keep my teaching style flexible, using a combination of visual and written methods to fit the needs of every student. I understand that sometimes, students can find questions daunting, and struggle to find a good place to start. By giving them strategies to simplify and understand the key points of the question, I hope to instil independent problem-solving skills so they can tackle ‘tough’ problems under pressure.
