About Amit
I am a professionally trained Yoga Practitioner and Instructor with a strong academic foundation and practical teaching experience. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Yoga and am currently pursuing a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Yoga. Additionally, I have completed a Six-Month Certificate Course in Yoga from Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar, Uttarakhand. I possess one year of professional teaching experience at Divya Yoga Kendra, Haridwar, where I provided structured yoga instruction to individuals and groups, addressing physical fitness, mental well-being, and therapeutic needs. I have actively participated in competitive yoga at the district and national levels, achieving Third Place in the National Yoga Championship. Furthermore, I have experience in personal yoga training, specializing in asana practice, pranayama, meditation, and holistic lifestyle management. My academic qualifications, competitive achievements, and teaching expertise reflect my commitment to excellence in the field of yoga and wellness.
