I’m angela. I’ve been a Yogi for 10 years and I’m also a certified instructor with BCRPA.

Let me teach you how to be a stronger version of yourself; physically, mentally and spiritually.

I can provide you with a guided meditation yoga class and properly adjust your alignment, for a safe and effective class.

I’m a great listener & an awesome friend. Can’t wait to meet you!

I believe in the power of being present, to focus on the now. If you are depressed you are living in the past, if you are anxious you are living in the future. Stay grounded and true to yourself by calming your mind and staying in the present moment.

Mental wellness is a real thing. Let’s practice ways to mentally free yourself from cycles that cause harm. This pain then reflects back into our body, open the door to pathologies. Break the cycle!
