About Hannah

I, Abisoye Hannah Joshua is an energetic and enthusiastic professional teacher with over nineteen years of teaching and management experience. From the moment I stepped into my first classroom, I knew that teaching was not just a job for me, but a calling. My journey in education has been guided by a profound belief in the power of learning and the transformative impact it can have on individuals and communities.
I see myself as a mentor and a guide, striving always to create a learning environment that is welcoming, inclusive and stimulating where every learner feels valued and free to express themselves. I strongly believe in the power of collaboration thereby living room for active participation of learners with emphasis on critical thinking, creativity and the importance of asking questions.

I teach because it is my desire to make a difference and my goal is to help learners discover and develop their potential, to equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate the world, and to inspire a lifelong love of learning.

About the lesson

My teaching style goes beyond just academic instruction. I ensure holistic support is offered to my students. The style includes helping students to effectively develop study habits, test-taking strategies and time management skills. Also, I provide mentorship and guidance on setting academic and personal goals. By addressing
both the academic and personal development aspects, I aim to equip my students with the skills and mindset needed for long-term success. In addition, I provide constructive feedback to students and their parents, highlighting areas of progress and suggesting strategies for further improvement. This helps to ensure that we stay on track and make the necessary adjustments to achieve the desired outcomes.
