About Ashleigh
Hello Beautiful Beings. I am an Embodied Flow and Vinyasa Yoga Guide. I have a background in Personal Training, Holistic Wellness Coaching and Events Management. I have spent the past 3 years advancing my teacher training through Various Trainings and Immersions. I am a Certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher and have expanded my teaching through Advanced Vinyasa 100 Hour Immersion and Training with the Embodied Flow Methodology in a 100 Hour Advanced Training. I have been teaching for the past two years. I have taught in Gold Coast Australia, Canggu Bali and New Zealand. Alongside hosting my own retreats based on Women's Embodiment.

My Teaching Methodology is based on Embodied Flow's Principles. I focus on the intention of the movement, working with alignment that suits each individuals body, not to look perfect but to gain progress within your own personal practice. I also incorporate strength and human anatomy through my classes gaining strength to support our body. Alongside the deep intention of Embodied Movement I also incorporate a lot of hands on adjustments and massage to work into the muscles and give my clients an experience into connecting with their body on a deeper level.
