As a meditation coach, I specialize in breathwork and Om meditation to help you find inner peace, happiness, and increased productivity in your daily life. My approach combines guided breathwork exercises with Om chanting, tailored to your individual needs. Each session includes a check-in, focused breathwork, Om meditation, and a reflective period to integrate the experience. My classes are open to all age groups, from school children to adults, and are designed to create a supportive environment where you can grow at your own pace.
