Education is not a system it's a rituals one can always adore

I'm saying this with 100% assurance that she can be the best teacher. As she's good at interacting, so she'll easily indulge students in activities and other curriculum. She have that amazing capacity to make environment comfortable so that student are free to discuss their problem and they won't hesitate. She's creative, enthusiastic and a devoted person who do every task with all her effort.
So, at the end I would like to conclude that she can be the perfect teacher.

I have seen her struggling with her lectures but she tries her level best to reach those points and whensoever i talked to her she remains on the same point that education is a system now a days
