I'm an enthusiastic coach who works with both new and experienced speakers from junior levels to high school and beyond. I approach public speaking through the emphasis of its importance and value in today's society and workforce and aim to strengthen every speaker I coach by building on their unique character.

I give lessons/sessions to anyone (different age groups, backgrounds and races). I have worked with first time offenders, scholars, university students. I have also been a mentor and during that period I was using the knowledge which mobilizes, enables and uplifts the clients.

I am a very patient and honest tutor who also appreciates the participation of my students. Coaching sessions begin with discussions to get to know each other and understand presenting problems. From there we would move into the learning and intervention stages, to work through the limitations and negative emotions that hold you back and give you the tools to to use in the future.

Using the analogy of a train journey I teach GOAL-SETTING from a holistic approach. We start off with the destination - WHAT and WHY do we want to achieve? Then we look at the starting point - what do we have available to us? Then we look at the stations needed to get to the destination. During this Coaching philosphy we also look at: How our mind works.
I love to use the learner-based method. It is really boring to just receive a lot of information at a time. I love it to make my learners part of the lesson so that we can work together, in this way learners remember the information and it keeps the learner interested.
I use a client-centered approach to teaching which means the lesson is tailored according to the needs, personality and cultural background of the student. My classes cater for different age groups. I am flexible and use a collaborative style to work with learners, allowing them to offer their ideas, suggestions and real-life examples to personalize and enhance their learning experience.
I use fun activities to teach and motivate people. The use of drawings and analogies to explain certain concepts work for me as well. I don't complicate anything. I explain in a simple manner so that one understands what I am teaching.
My teaching method basically is to first here out what the other person expects from me so that they can gain an effective experience. It is to develop a solid structure where I will focus on topics or ideas that the person is struggling with so that we can try to develop those areas.
