About Sarah

I have an early Ed background. I have certificates for Early Childhood Development, Art, and Yoga. I have worked as a special needs educational assistant and worked as a meditation and yoga instructor for a junior high program for several years. Specializing in trauma informed art and yoga teaching.

About the lesson

My teaching method includes student focused learning with lots of brain breaks (movement breaks), with creativity at the center of my lessons. I have over 25 years of art experience and am so excited to share with my students. I love to learn and hope to pass on that passion.

Perfect! Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed her lesson with Sarah. Sarah has a really good manner with kids and was able to connect and hold our daughter's attention for the full hour. Our daughter so enjoyed the lesson that she keeps reminding me to schedule more lessons.

Ginny was fantastic! She listened intently and was able to follow directions and worked with the instructions I gave her. I loved meeting the dogs and seeing the pictures of her as a baby. She showed me her original drawings and she has an amazing imagination. I would encourage her to use that imagination to create simple story lines around her characters.
