I understand this profession as a vocative, voluntary job with the main objective of making the student feel comfortable and enjoy learning. For this, fluid, fun and interesting communication for the learner seems essential to me, that is, I try to make them see the positive and motivate them to learn a different language. I also have experience in Cambridge certified exams and the techniques with which I managed to get better performance in the tests.
