About Lexi
I am a freelance screenwriter and graduate of the University of Manchester with a BA (Hons) Drama.
As well as having studied Screenwriting at the National Film and Television School, I also work as a freelance researcher and Teaching Assistant, so am experienced with both primary and secondary pupils.
I like to inspire and draw out a pupil's natural creativity so it best comes across in their writing. I am passionate about literature and in particular, inspiring an interest in Shakespeare at an early age.

I teach English and Drama up to GCSE level. I specialise in literacy, literature creative writing and Shakespeare.
Typical lessons are 45mins-1hr depending on age and level.
I plan lessons based around my pupils needs, giving them encouragement and confidence to succeed. After I have assessed a pupil's ability, I structure my teaching around what they need, whether that is past paper tutoring, or getting to grips with creative writing and writing essays.
I offer Drama School Audition prep on request.
