About Silpa
I have been working as an Assistant Professor of English, training students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds in improving their interpersonal language skills and soft skills. My role involves designing and delivering interactive lessons that enhance students’ communication abilities, professional etiquette, critical thinking, and confidence in both spoken and written English. I have successfully guided learners in developing effective presentation skills, group discussion strategies, interview readiness, and workplace communication, enabling them to excel in academic, social, and professional settings. By adopting learner-centered methodologies and incorporating real-life scenarios, I ensure that students not only master the nuances of the English language but also cultivate essential life skills that foster personal and professional growth.
