About Shiwani

Myself Shiwani and I am your yoga teacher. I want to make our youth aware of what yoga is and what our roots are. Yoga helps you in every way; it keeps you joyful every day. It makes you feel connected with the environment.

About the lesson

My method is a bit different from others as I teach you from basics and help you to understand what actually yoga is and how yoga can help you in every aspect. You can kick off your anxiety and depression with yoga without having any pills. You can increase your concentration power.
