About Neha
When i was in my 10th grade, due to studies i was always feeling tired.so i started doing yoga and i found wonder. My mind was able to feel relax even in stress, my concetration, stamina and flexibility improved grastically. Basically Yoga keeps you calm but energezed, relaxed yet strong.this is how i started my yoga journey and now i want you to become part of this journey!
