About Sganesh

I'm a 3-year experienced workout trainer in home workouts naturally and at the gym. I want to share my knowledge with you because I spent 3 years on this, and now I know a little bit about workout hacks and for my personal expenses also.

About the lesson

In the class, you will learn about your body health and then we will work on diet plans, muscle recovery, stretching, stamina building, and achieving a fit and healthy body. I've seen many people say, 'I'm not going to eat junk from tomorrow, only this last time I'm having it,' even I do when I'm lazy. But if you want to live longer and get a healthy body, you have to work hard on it.
