About the lesson

Traditional Yoga with modern touch. Here we conduct a variety of asanas daily. Yoga like power yoga with props, vinyasa flow, breathing techniques, yoga nidra, asanas, cardio workout and much more is covered in the sessions. Physical & Mental well-being is the right of every human being so why not look after it and create a healthy lifestyle.
