About Manju
Certified Ashtanga Yoga Instructor with 200-hour Teacher Training certification and one year of dedicated teaching experience. Trained in the authentic tradition of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, I bring a disciplined, systematic approach to guiding students through their yoga journey. My comprehensive training encompasses asana practice, pranayama techniques, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and adjustment methods, enabling me to deliver safe, effective, and transformative classes. With a year of hands-on teaching experience, I have successfully worked with diverse students ranging from complete beginners to intermediate practitioners, helping them build strength, flexibility, mental clarity, and inner peace.
