About Omoyeni

I'm a UI/UX designer who has spent real time in the field through internships, hands-on client projects, and continuous practice, I've built a solid, practical understanding of the design process from research to final prototype. My work spans landing pages, mobile app interfaces, and full design systems, giving me a well-rounded perspective on what makes a design actually work for real users.

I started out as a complete novice too, so I know exactly what it feels like to stare at a blank Figma canvas with no idea where to begin. That experience shapes how I teach — I remember the confusion, the small wins, and the moments things finally clicked for me, so I can meet you exactly where you are instead of assuming you already "get it."

I believe good teaching comes from doing, not just theory, so every lesson is grounded in real design challenges I've personally worked through. I stay patient, clear, and encouraging, adjusting my explanations to match how you learn — because at the end of the day, we're working through this together, not just me talking at you.

Whether you're picking up design for the first time or refining skills you already have, you can expect a tutor who's genuinely invested in helping you build real, usable design skills — not just theory you'll forget.

About the lesson

My teaching method is hands-on and project-based. You'll learn UI/UX by actually designing, not just watching tutorials. A typical lesson will include a real design problem, moves into wireframing and prototyping in Figma, and ends with a critique session so you understand the "why" behind every decision, not just the "how."

What sets me apart is that I focus on practical, real-world design thinking from day one. You won't just learn tools, you'll learn how to approach problems the way working designers do, so what you build ends up genuinely usable and portfolio-ready.

These lessons are for complete beginners with no design experience, as well as intermediate learners.
