About Mehal

I'm a Psychology graduate from the University of Delhi (B.A. Honors), with hands-on clinical experience gained through an internship at the Psychiatry Department of Hindu Rao Hospital. Alongside my degree, I completed a research dissertation on OCD and psychotic-like experiences, which I presented at an international academic conference. So I bring both academic depth and practical exposure to how psychological concepts actually apply.

I got into teaching because I've been on both sides of the struggle. I know exactly which topics trip students up and which shortcuts and explanations actually make things click, especially heading into exams. I'm currently preparing for my own postgraduate entrance exams, so I understand firsthand what focused, high-yield preparation looks like.

I want to help students build a genuine understanding of psychology, not just cram it. Whether that's for school exams, college coursework, or competitive entrances.

About the lesson

Psychology can feel overwhelming when it's just theories and definitions thrown at you. My goal is to change that. I break concepts down using real-life examples, case studies, and simple analogies so they actually make sense, not just something you memorize the night before an exam.

Every class is built around you: whether you're a school student trying to understand the basics, a college student tackling tricky theories and research methods, or someone prepping for entrances and need a sharp, exam-focused strategy. I keep sessions interactive with lots of questions, discussion, and practice, because psychology sticks best when you're actually thinking through it, not just reading about it.

My sessions are patient, structured, and tailored to how you personally learn best. No jargon-dumping, no rushing. Just clear explanations and real progress.
