I'm Shruti a ordinary student like you guys but the one who enjoys her life to the fullest. I practice yoga, yoga nidra and this developed mywhole personality. What I am today is becuase of yoga. In this modern times we don't have time for ourselves what an irony it is. We have time to do everything but don't a single minute to ask ourself are we okay? Are we happy? Are we stress free? Is this the life you always wished about? I was also like you guys only, but I came across with this wonderful practice of Yoga Nidra and believe it changed by whole life. I don't worry about things, I started enjoying every single moment of this life, finding happiness even in small things. And it made me realise that we are the only ones who can keep us happy no one else is going to do that job for you. If you wanna find your real self, wanna enjoy your life, stay stress free, you all are welcome this class.
