About Brish

I'm a dancer, with experience on stage as part of freelance projects and company as a contemporary dancer.
As well practice ballet, jazz dance and aereal dance for more than 5 years.
I've worked with 60+ people, teens and dancers, proffesionals and no professionals.
Currently finishing my studies in contemporary dance at LCDS.

About the lesson

I can help you to improved or start your flexibility skills with soft warm up and some calithenics.
Helped by some easy to find tools or just with effective exercises.
Suitable for dancers, yoga and circus practices.
It's a 60 min practice.
