About Rekha
Namaste! I am Rekha Singla, a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 500), Fitness Instructor Specialist, and Senior Fitness Instructor with over 8 years of teaching experience in India and Canada.
I specialize in Yoga, Chair Yoga, Gentle Movement, Stretch & Strengthen, Pranayama, Meditation, and Wellness Programs for adults and seniors. Throughout my career, I have worked with community organizations, senior wellness programs, healthcare providers, and private clients, helping individuals improve flexibility, balance, strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
My teaching approach is safe, supportive, and tailored to each student's needs and abilities. Whether you are a beginner, a senior looking to stay active, or someone seeking stress relief and better health, I will guide you with patience and personalized attention.
I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone. My classes combine traditional yoga practices, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindful movement to promote both physical and mental wellness. My goal is to help you build confidence, develop healthy habits, and experience the benefits of yoga in your daily life.

My classes are designed for beginners, adults, seniors, and anyone looking to improve their physical and mental well-being through yoga. I offer personalized instruction in Yoga, Chair Yoga, Gentle Movement, Stretch & Strengthen, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation, and Relaxation practices.
Each session is tailored to your individual goals, whether you want to improve flexibility, balance, mobility, strength, posture, stress management, or overall wellness. Classes begin with gentle warm-up exercises, followed by yoga postures and movements adapted to your fitness level and physical condition. Breathing techniques and mindfulness practices are integrated throughout the session to help improve focus, energy, and emotional well-being.
My teaching style is supportive, safe, and non-judgmental. I provide modifications and guidance to ensure that every student can practice comfortably and confidently. Special attention is given to seniors, beginners, and individuals returning to exercise after a break.
Drawing on over 8 years of teaching experience and international certifications in Yoga and Fitness, I combine traditional yoga principles with modern wellness practices to create effective and enjoyable classes.
Sessions are available online and can be conducted one-on-one or in small groups, allowing for personalized attention and steady progress toward your health and wellness goals.
