About Jaime
I am an exchange student at the University of Warwick. I am originally from Spain where I'm studying two BSc's at the same time (Maths and Stats). Teaching, just like maths, has always been one of my passions, that's why I have been doing it for the last 3 years. I understand that maths has a pretty bad reputation, and so my mission is to be able to make students let that preconceived notions go away. My ultimate goal is for my students to see that maths is not that bad after all. They can not only pass their exams, but also enjoy and understand maths.

I am a detail-oriented and methodical person. I have been teaching for a long time, and for people in very different educational systems (e.g. SATs, A Levels, International Baccalaureate..). This gives me a great deal of diversity in the ways I can conduct my lessons, adapting to my students and their needs. I really want the students to be involved in how the lessons are run, while making sure everything is being correctly understood. My goal is not only for the student to know how to do the assessments, but to thoroughly understand them, so they can quickly adapt to new problems when they arise.
