About Zacharie

Currently a second year student in STAPS, I have practiced a variety of sports allowing me to acquire a certain versatility in sports. I practice in the gym for more than 3 years now. I am also a sports coach and have done many training courses as a coach.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based on a conciliation between work and pleasure. I carry out a specific preparation beforehand according to the capacities and the will of the individual.
