About Amr
I am currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial Engineering at the University of Melbourne, after completing both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in the same field. My academic and research experience has given me a strong foundation in mathematics, engineering, programming, data analysis, and problem-solving.
I enjoy teaching because I find it rewarding to help students overcome challenges and gain confidence in subjects they once found difficult. Everyone learns differently, and I believe that with the right guidance and explanation, any student can improve. Seeing students develop their understanding, achieve their goals, and become more confident in their abilities is what motivates me to tutor.

My approach to tutoring is centered on helping students truly understand the material rather than simply memorizing formulas or solutions. I begin by identifying each student's strengths, challenges, and learning style, then tailor every lesson to their individual needs.

I also focus on exam techniques, assignment strategies, and avoiding common mistakes, ensuring students are well prepared for assessments. My goal is not only to help students achieve higher grades but also to develop a lasting understanding of the subject so they can tackle future challenges with confidence.
