About Lyvia
I love math and engineering; however, they can be difficult and place me in rabbit holes for weeks. The main lesson I have learned is to always try and find new ways to succeed and overcome setbacks. I know how difficult it can be to ace classes like AP Physics and algebra or pre-calculus courses. But, over time, it becomes easier with the right resources. I hope you will let me be that resource for you. I excel in these topics and can break the course into sections for you to understand better.

I teach step-by-step and take time with all topics, especially ones that you may not understand. I am patient, do not feel embarrassed or nervous to ask me any questions, I was in the same boat at one point! These lessons are for students taking Algebra classes, Physics, or Pre-Calculus. I was in Honors Algebra, Honors Pre-Calculus, and AP Physics so I can assist you with all levels.

Lyvia is an exceptional tutor whom I had the pleasure of supervising at my private education consulting firm, Neka Everett, LLC. Lyvia possesses a rare combination of deep subject mastery, infectious enthusiasm, and genuine patience. Rather than simply giving answers, Lyvia teaches students how to think critically and solve problems independently through structured, step-by-step guidance. She is consistently prepared, communicative, and adept at tailoring lessons to each student's unique learning style.
