About Nia
I am currently working towards my bachelor and computer science degree. I am a junior at University of North Georgia. I am working to extend my mathematical knowledge to the younger students and to aid people who need individual one on one help. Whilst every student might be different, I am hoping that this opportunity will also teach me how to become a better instructor and influencer for young minds.

Pros: I am skilled in basic mathematical functions, starting with as low as pre-K going all the way to eighth grade foundations. I focus on a specific one on one technique that allows me to show the student a specific way to learn a specific problem. I can explain how a question is worded if it sounds confusing, and I can also show a student how to apply prior/current knowledge to solve a problem. For younger students, I can show them tips and tricks to help them retain information that will be vital for future mathematical years. I can aid with homework/test review prep, as well as make practice problems off of the work they are seeing in school to help the student retain further information.
Cons: Unfortunately, I am unable to assist with mathematical levels starting at geometry, spanning to pre-calculus, trigonometry, or calculus. Please contact for specific requests.
