About Danielle
I am originally from Arizona in the United States, where I earned three bachelor's degrees in chemistry, biological sciences, and global health. I then went to Taiwan for 2 years where I received a master's degree in global health and am now at the University of Cambridge pursuing a PhD in neuroscience. Teaching has always been a passion of mine and I'm excited to help you with you achieve your academic goals! In my free time, I enjoy cooking, shooting photography, and exercising!

I have experience working with students of all ages and am very approachable and patient. Whether one learns best through the use of visual aids, real word examples, or hands-on practice, I strive to tailor my teaching approaches to fit that of my students. When I teach I value the power of theory as well. When learning Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry and even violin performance, the concepts within these areas tend to build on each other as you progress to higher levels. A solid foundation from the start makes it easier to grasp more advanced concepts later, therefore my aim as a tutor is to create a environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new concepts. I want to ensure that I explain teach topic clearly and thoroughly, so that the student sees how it connects to more fundamental knowledge as well as the bigger picture.
