  • What motivates you to teach & why?

The students’ uncertainty regarding the subject’s knowledge made me to motivate to teach. It stimulated me to teach the basic tenets, scope and right direction, so an aspirant can understand the reality of the subject and move towards success point.
  • When did you start developing an interest in your subject area?

From last four years I widened my interest in subjects like Public Administration, Current events, History and like subjects. Being an MBA holder my attention on Administrative studies extended to Public Administration not only through commitment but also with curiosity.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

Certainly, that tribute goes to my mother, because I wonder the way she learns, she does, she teaches something with much patience, and then I came to know from her that patience is the precursor of creativity.
  • What is the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in mastering your craft?

Glad to experience and say that, till now I didn’t face any obstacle, so I am pretty positive in mastering the craft more sharp for my upcoming students.
  • In your opinion, what makes someone excel in your subject area?

“Enthusiasm” on the concept and “Correlation of the concept with real world around you" – these two things can give clarity on the theory, so anyone can excel in the subject.
  • What would you say to a student who says, "This is too difficult, I give up!"?

I will explain the things fundamentally and do the things practically, so he/she/other will gain the confidence naturally, because audible and visual experience of a students makes them to pull off anything with self-assurance, so there is no question of giving up the things, and moreover its difficulty for learners to keep themselves away from the subject once they identify the true flavor of it.
Last but not the least – “Interest towards a thing can outweighs the pain of perseverance”
  • How does someone become a Super Prof?

    * Try to find out the student’s mind, heart, and evaluate their behavior through
    their words and actions.
    * On the one hand it will convey you the standard of a student and on the other
it will tell you from where you need to groom the student for a set target.
    * For this thing a teacher needs to come to student’s level to understand them
personally and professionally, but with a pinch of teacher severity.
------ So when every student achieves their targets, then that moment every teacher is a SUPER TEACHER.
