About Amanda

I was a college soccer player starting on the field all 4 years. I have been a Cross Training athlete for 7 years and recently chose to become a Level 1 trainer. I have extensive knowledge in many aspects of endurance training and am an endurance athlete myself.

About the lesson

My method is a custom workout program based on the individual body type, goals, abilities, and level. Everything is based around the specific student therefore no “cookie cutter programming”. I want you to reach your goals, so I teach to learn and succeed.
