If you cancel the day of a scheduled lesson, I will require half of the agreed payment, unless we can schedule another appointment within a week, which is free of charge. If you cancel thirty minutes before the scheduled lesson I will charge the full fee, and an additional $5 travel fee if the appointment is in your home; any rescheduled appointments will be charged as normal. Cancelling a lesson at least one day beforehand has no charge, and if you have paid beforehand, the payment will go towards the next scheduled lesson. I am willing to be flexible as long as we have an open communication between one another.
