About Bruno
Trained at the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris, painter for over 30 years. I teach visual arts at the Workshop Atelier Pictura for 25 years. I have about thirty students who follow me for 15 years. I bring my knowledge and my vision of the history of art through lectures and writings. I'am the founder of the Association Pictura Workshop, co-founder of Editions Atelier Pictura and cofounder of the Alimentation Général. I exhibit regularly in France and abroad, I participate in national and international exhibitions. My works are represented in private collections in France, Germany, Switzerland, England, USA and Japan.

The course is intended for beginners and experienced, the aim is not to pass judgment on the painting, but above all to acquire the art from the raw material. Technical Van Eyck fifteenth century (oil painting), is a mixed media where the medium is used for both the glaze and the emulsion for spanning tones. The sfumatos are present in very quickly imprimature, each layer is stabilized by the passage of the medium. It is a technique of great finesse, we can superimpose thirty glaze not exceeding 40 microns thick. Its stability over time is remarkable and rendering incomparable colors. Thanks to Nicolas Wacker Professor in Fine Arts in Paris in the sixties and chemical study of fragments of the paint layer of the old masters that have been able to reconstruct this technique was lost. It is adaptable to all forms of artistic expression from the time we respect or chemical bases of the process.
