About Shriya
Hi I am shriya, I am a qualified yoga trainer and have a strong interest in yoga. For the past year, I've been teaching yoga to provide a safe practice that can help with postural concerns, meditation, and peace throughout the day. Regular Yoga practice has the following advantages: Eliminating Dread, tension, and depression Increasing your working memory Improving physical fitness and quality of life in general and also chronic pain relief.
