About DrRachna
I teach because I have seen both sides of learning—the joy of deep understanding and the quiet frustration of sustained effort without clarity. Over time, learning how memory, imagination, and cognition truly work transformed not just my performance, but my relationship with learning itself. Medical training brought discipline, structure, and depth; navigating difficulty along the way cultivated empathy and precision. Together, these experiences shape how I teach today. I believe excellence does not require exhaustion. With the right conceptual understanding and structure, learning becomes clearer, lighter, and genuinely engaging—and this is the kind of mastery I aim to pass on.

I didn’t come to love science through exams or rote performance. I was drawn to it because it felt like imagination guided by logic—cells as systems, the body as an unfolding story, and learning as discovery rather than pressure. My own path was not linear. I’ve lived with a fast, sensitive mind and periods where learning felt unnecessarily difficult. That experience led me to study how the brain actually learns, how memory forms, why concepts stick, and how effort can be reduced when learning works with the mind rather than against it. Medical training added discipline, depth, and structure to this understanding, and ultimately shaped how I teach today. I approach science education with clarity, imagination, and psychological insight. My sessions are calm and thoughtful, with space to question, connect ideas, and genuinely understand concepts. I aim to help students build confidence and ease with learning—not just improve marks, but develop a lighter, more meaningful relationship with science.
