About Mrinmoy
I’ve studied biology not just in books, but in the lab — observing cells under microscopes, working with microorganisms, and understanding the intricate systems that make life possible. These experiences showed me how exciting and alive biology really is. But I’ve also seen how, in many classrooms, biology is reduced to memorizing definitions. I want to change that. I want my students to feel the thrill of discovery — to understand why something happens, not just that it happens. I believe science comes alive when you can connect it to the real world, to experiments you can see, and to questions you’re curious to answer. For me, teaching isn’t just about giving facts; it’s about sparking curiosity, encouraging investigation, and showing my students that they already have the tools to think like scientists. I want them to experience the same excitement I felt in the lab — and to carry that sense of wonder into whatever path they choose in life.
