My name is Kate, I'm 29 & from Ireland. I describe myself as easy going, loving, joyful and approach life with a glass half full type of thinking!

I love spending time outdoors, if its a super long walk with a podcast or a chat with a friend! Connection is key for me

Vinyasa flow is a creative class, beginning with a gentle warm up, bringing awareness to your breathing and using your breath as a way to guide you through the movements.
