About Gustavo
I am a 35 years old male with 7 years of Yin Yoga practice. In 2020, I completed a 350h Yoga Teacher Training in Sydney and slowly have been building up my career as a Yoga Teacher.
In the past 3 years it has been a pleasure to help my students to improve their understanding about their bodies, guiding them to find balance in their bodies and in their minds.
It is my objective to improve my student's quality of life and to teach them how to grow in their practice safely healthily.

Yin Yoga lessons focused in providing a healing practice and to improve the practitioner's body consciousness. The aim is to reach and relax deep tissue muscles through an extended time in each pose.
In each class the student is guided to find a subtle drop in the Asanas, seeking to understand where we find ourselves in our body accepting the present moment in their practice and letting it go of their restraints.
