Surbhi is a fabulous yoga instructor. She has more than 1000 hours of training and knows all the postures to perfection. I had multiple injuries but Surbhi’s daily classes has not only made me recover from it but also strengthened my body to make it injury free.

She has also taught me mindfulness which has really put my mind and soul to ease.

I would 100% recommend Surbhi as a Yoga instructor. She is very friendly but professional at the same time.
