My name is Kryst, and I am from Vietnam. I am a dedicated Yoga Instructor who found my passion in 2019.
I love reading books, going out in nature, practicing, and meditation.
I love Lofi music and enjoy the movement flow under it. The"middle point" of any practice or art in life, will be between Effort & Relaxation

Kryst, instructor & practitioner inspired by Anusara and Yin Yoga, began the yoga journey with numerous physical limitations and injuries from previous sports activities. What seemed like a hindrance to his yoga career eventually became a knowledge of the body for him to explore through breath and movement.
My teaching style focuses on helping students find the "middle point" between Effort and Relaxation, Yang and Yin.
Level: All levels to Advance
Style: Anusara Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yang & Yin, Vinyasa Yoga.
