About Ita
My name is Itashree. I am an internationally certified yoga trainer and also a certified weight loss coach. I love healing people through yoga and meditation for all age groups. My goal is to spread ancient Indian yoga all over the world.

I work with students at levels from Beginners to Intermediate Level. I teach Flexibility & Strengthening Yoga, Gentle Yoga for Healing, Evening Yoga to wind down the day & Kids Yoga.
My class will include Pranayama, Asanas, Meditation, Relaxation, easy everyday wellness tips.
