I have been an athlete my whole life. I went to the University of Hawaii and studied Human Development and Family Studies. I am a certified yoga instructor and have a passion for helping children and teens better their life by using meditation and yoga techniques.

I believe every human is unique and have different needs. I know that when you learn to control your breath it helps control your mind and then your feelings and actions. I think it is important to adapt to every situation with every student and assess what each person needs individually rather then a set program for everyone.
