About Isobel
I am a recent high school graduate, and have always taken a strong interest in the practice of Yoga and meditation- I believe it is incredibly valuable for young teens and their mental health. Whilst I don't obtain a professional diploma, I've been learning and practicing Yoga since I was 10 years old, and participated in various group classes over the years. I hope to share my knowledge and promote Yoga amoungst the younger generation!

As young adult myself, I would be aiming my classes towards kids, teens and young adults. My classes would be structured in groups, as it's a good chance to meet new people and share yoga skills with one another. I lean towards integrating meditation into my yoga practices, as it has a beneficial effect, especially for the younger generation as it teaches them the importance of mindfulness and putting pause on the often stressful rhythm of everyday life.
